About Us

Belfast Brassworks was founded by Nathan Moore and George Sandford with a mission to support and inspire young brass musicians in Belfast and throughout Northern Ireland. As a non-profit organisation, we provide supplementary tuition and training that complements the instruction students are already receiving in their regular music lessons.

Our programmes are designed to offer focused, high-quality brass education that enhances students' existing skills and prepares them for the next steps in their musical journey, whether that’s advancing in school ensembles or preparing for conservatoire. Belfast Brassworks provides the additional guidance and resources needed to help young musicians thrive.

Based in Belfast, our reach extends throughout Northern Ireland, ensuring that all students have access to the extra support they need to excel. Join us at Belfast Brassworks and enrich your musical education with our specialised training.
